It appears that every time President Bush ratings drop with public opinion, Bin Laden comes up with a tape that seems to help bring him back up. In February 2006, President Bush admitted that at the time he thought the tape would help his re-election.
Just as the son's of Issacahar (I Chronicles 12:32) we must walk in wisdom and knowledge with the ability to discern the times and seasons that we are presently living in.
It is unclear how the latest threats will affect public opinion on the likelihood of capturing the US's most-wanted man.
